"Alex arrived on time was willing to wear a mask and take off shoes... he was very professional in going over the details of the repair that needed to be done. I am usually very comfortable with installing outlets and switches myself, but when I opened it up I noticed the wiring being to short and there being play in the electrical box as a result of a poor previous wiring job by previous owner.
